Question 1

Can I fully design my own garment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our configurator lets you pick pattern, sleeve, neckline, back and finishing, and upload reference images or a short video so our atelier matches your vision exactly.

Question 2

Is the price I see final?

Accepted Answer

No — the estimate shown is indicative. Your binding price is the personalised quote we send after taking your measurements and reviewing your request.

Question 3

How are measurements taken?

Accepted Answer

In-house at our Vesu studio, or our staff measures you when you drop in. You can book an appointment online and we keep your measurements on file for future orders.

Question 4

Can you measure me at home?

Accepted Answer

For select commissions like bridal wear, home measurement can be arranged within Surat. Mention it in your inquiry notes and our team will confirm.

Question 5

How does the inquiry-to-quote process work?

Accepted Answer

You design a piece and submit an inquiry. Our atelier reviews it, takes measurements, and sends a final binding quote to your account. You accept the quote and pay an advance to begin production.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Once your quote is ready, pay a 50% advance to begin production — we share secure UPI / bank-transfer details on WhatsApp. The balance is due on pickup or before delivery.

Question 7

Do you charge GST?

Accepted Answer

No GST is added at this time. All prices are shown in ₹ (INR).

Question 8

Where do I collect my order?

Accepted Answer

Free pickup at our Vesu studio. Home delivery within Surat is available for a small charge.

Question 9

How will I know my order is ready?

Accepted Answer

Track every stage live under My Orders — from cutting to stitching to ready — and we will notify you on WhatsApp or SMS at each milestone.

Question 10

What if the fit needs adjusting?

Accepted Answer

Every garment is covered by our perfect-fit guarantee. Complimentary alterations after delivery ensure your fit is flawless.
